中國電子政務發展綜述

摘要：筆者基於對電子政務理論的深入研究以及多年來為政府提供信息化解決方案的實際經驗，針對我國政府當前的電子政務發展現狀，較係統地描述了我國電子政務發展框架，全麵展示了信息經濟時代電子政務的行政管理和應用功能二大發展目標，旨在為全麵實施中國政府信息化作出良好啟示和有益探索。

The Survey of e-Government Development in China

Abstract : In this paper，based on our thorough researches in theory of e-government and many years’ practical experience in providing system solutions for governments department info construction，we describe systemically the perspective frame of the Chinese e-Government , and lay out generally the two development targets of administrative managements and application functions of the Chinese e-Government in information economic era，which would be helpful of revealing and explorling in the all-scale implementation of the Chinese e-Government.
