　　2002年3月9日至3月15日，中國工程院院士、上海質量管理科學研究院首席研究員、院學術委員會主任劉源張教授來上海質量管理科學研究院工作了一個星期。3月15日，劉教授來到6SIGMA黑帶培訓班上，深入淺出地談了自己對6SIGMA管理方法的看法。現印發有關內容。
