Conformity(合格)
fulfillment of a requirement .滿足要求。
Nonconformity（不合格）
non-fulfillment of a requirement.未滿足要求。
Rework（返工）
Action on a nonconformity product to make it conform to the requirements.為使不合格產品符合要求而對其所采取的措施。
Repair（返修）
Action on a nonconformity product to make it acceptable for the intended use.為使不合格產品滿足預期用途而對其所采取的措施。
Regrade（降級）
Alteration of the grade of nonconformity product in order to make it conform to requirements differing from the initial ones.為使不合格產品符合不同於原有的要求而對其等級的改變。
Scrap（報廢）
Action on a nonconformity product to preclude its originally intended use.為排除不合格產品原有的預期用途而對其所采取的措施。
Concession（讓步）
Permission to use or release a product that does not conform to specified requirements.對使用或放行不合格產品的許可。
Note:a concession is generally limited to delivery of a product that has nonconformity characteristics within specified limits for an agreed time or quantity of that product. 讓步通常僅限於在商定時間或數量內，對含有不合格特性產品的交付。
