可持續發展視角下我國企業發展戰略內容提要:
從構建核心能力到構建動態能力:
Sustainable firm growth cannot be achieved unless the firm is committed to building new capabilities or creating new bundles of distinctive resources. Organizational learning is a key building block for new capability building.
若企業不能夠構建新能力或創造新的特殊資源,企業就不能夠維持可持續發展。而組織學習就是構建新能夠板塊的重要環節。
Dynamic capabilities require a strong base of established capabilities or resources (capability possession) as well as the ability to efficiently deploy these resources (capability deployment) and to continuously create bundles of new resources and knowledge (capability upgrading).
動態能力必須構建在現有能力或資源(能力的具備)、有效分配這些資源的能力(能力的配置)、以及不斷創造新資源和新知識(能力升級)的基礎之上。
Learning capability” is the capacity to generate and generalize ideas and to acquire new knowledge. Dynamic learning capabilities are generally more transferable than firm resources themselves. Firms need to continuously build and upgrade their capabilities and institutionalize innovation, learning, and information transfer.
學習能力是指形成觀點、概括觀點並獲取新知識的能力。動態學習動力通常來說較企業資源本身更具備可傳遞性。企業必須不斷構建並升級其能力並使創新、學習、信息傳播製度化。
從競爭到合作競爭:
Co-opetition may occur at corporate-, division-, or subsidiary-levels, depending on a firm’s strategic intent and organizational needs
合作競爭可能發展在公司、分公司或子公司級別,這取決於企業的戰略目標和組織需求。
The interdependence entails competitive and collaborative activities undertaken in the pursuit of global reach, expansion, and profit
相互依賴性決定了企業在追求影響力、擴張、和利潤時的競爭與合作行為。
Co-opetition is a loosely coupled relationship in which players maintain certain interdependence without losing organizational separateness
合作競爭關係是雙方維具備一定的相互依賴性而同時又不失組織獨立性的一種關係。
