英文合同書寫作技巧培訓內容提要：
Useful Expressions
_________ (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and__________ (hereinafter referred to as Party B), on the basis of mutual benefit, have agreed to enter into compensation trade in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth as follows:
________(以下簡稱甲方)和________(以下簡稱乙方)在互利的基礎上，同意按下列條款達成補償貿易協議：
Party B is also entitled to supply Party A with all raw materials and packing materials required in production.
乙方還負責向甲方提供生產所需的原材料及包裝材料。
Party A agrees to manufacture the products in strict compliance with the standards and specifications set forth by Party B in the Appendix.
甲方同意按乙方在附錄中提出的嚴格的標準和規格生產乙方指定的產品。 Party A shall pay the entire manufacturing fees by D/P (Documents against Payment) at sight.
甲方以付款交單見票即付辦法支付全部的加工費。
When the manufacture is completed, the finished products shall be inspected by agents or inspectors appointed by A to verify that the products are up to the quality standards and specifications designated by A.
生產的成品應由甲方指定的代理人或檢驗人進行檢驗，證明產品與甲方指定的質量標準和規範一致。
The damage rate of raw materials in processing is 10 % and such a damage rate of raw materials shall be supplied free by Party B. Should the damage rate exceed 10% , Party A shall supply additional raw materials.
原材料的損耗率為10％，其損耗率由乙方免費供應。如果損耗率超過10％，應由甲方補充加工所需的原料。
Party A shall deliver the products to Party B within 50 days upon receipt of all the raw materials and packing materials.
甲方在收到乙方完備的原材料及包裝材料後的50天內將成品發送給乙方。
