賣方掌握現貨以及買方親臨現場，經買方現場檢驗合格後達成交易。看貨成交後，買方不得對其品質再提出任何異議。

又稱為憑樣品買賣（sale by sample），是以樣品表示貨物質量，並以此作為交貨依據的。
按樣品提供者的不同，可分為2種：
（1）憑賣方樣品買賣：sale by seller’s sample
（2）憑買方樣品買賣：sale by buyer’s sample

samples are usually provided by the seller.
When the sample is accepted by the buyer in quality, the seller is obliged to deliver goods of the same quality as shown by the sample.
Duplicate sample: having sent a sample to the buyer, the seller should retain another sample for later reference.
一般情況下，賣方在對外寄出樣品（原樣或標準樣品original /type sample）時，都應留有複樣（duplicate sample），以備作交貨或處理品質糾紛時核對之用。
