本文結合電廠的信息管理需求，根據各階段工作對數據的要求，以電廠標識為基礎，探討了利用網絡技術和數據庫技術解決電廠數據基於業務過程的集成，並對電廠生命周期中各主要階段產生的數據和信息進行了分析，提出了有效地管理和利用這些數據的係統架構，並給出了國電常州電廠一期廠級信息係統的基於組件庫和模型庫的快速實施方法。
Based on the requirement of information management in Power enterprises according to every manufacturing stage, the author make statement on how to use internet and database technology to solve the data integration of Power industry on the basis of process control, make analysis to major data and information which concerning with PLM(Product Life Management) in Power manufacturing, suggest how to use & manage these data construction system efficiently and the methods to build up the enterprise-level information system in quick application basing on components/modeling resource.

國電常州電廠一期廠級信息係統由監控信息係統(Supervisory Information System,SIS)和管理信息係統(Management Information System， MIS)組成。SIS是主要處理全廠實時數據，完成廠級生產過程的監控和管理，故障診斷和分析，性能計算、分析和經濟負荷調度等。
國電常州電廠廠級信息係統由我院負責設計規劃，方案內容包括係統規劃、設計、開發、測試和實施，能夠實現對電廠全生命周期的管理。
