The driving theme for public sector executives in 2002-2003 will be smart enterprise transformation. Globally, governments
have recognized the need to change the way they organize and operate to deliver the highest quality service to internal
and external customers. Moreover, they see the imperative to approach the challenges from an enterprise-wide
