國際寄售合同範本內容簡介：
合同雙方履行合同條款表明雙方願意受合同條款的約束。合同本身就是一個完整的協商結果。一旦形成合同，以前雙方所有談判、諒解、陳述即告失效。合同雙方受合同鞭策、約束，各自有機會聽取獨立專家的建議，包括來自律師和會計師的。雙方對合同條款可做出獨立決策。如合同中某一條款未生效或失效，可對該條款進行修改並使之可行；如未做修改，則要刪除該條款合同其他部分仍舊有效。
