印度尼西亞煤炭購銷合同內容提要：
This Contract made on the date , 2011 that Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the following Goods on the terms and conditions below:
本合同由買方和賣方簽訂於2011年 月 日 。在合同項下，雙方同意根據下列條款買賣下述貨物。

1. Goods and Origin 貨物名稱及原產地
Steam Coal, Origin from Indonesia
動力煤，原產地為印度尼西亞

2. Quantity and Shipment Period 數量及裝船日期
2.1 Total Contract quantity 2450000 Metric Tons; Contract period lasts Thirteen Months (starting from date of the first shipment). Shipment schedule in details is as below:
合同總數量為 245萬噸，合同期限是合同簽署後的13個月（以執行第一船煤時開始計算），詳細如下：

? From 1st month signed date of this Contract: 50,000 MT +/- 10%
自合同簽署後的第1個月50,000噸/月（溢短裝+/-10%）

? From 2nd to 6th month 100,000 MT/Month +/- 10%
自合同簽署後的第2-13個月，每月供應200,000噸/（溢短裝+/-10%）
