涉外合同格式

　　涉外合同按繁簡不同，盡管可以采取不同書麵形式，如正式合同（Contract）、協議書（Agreement）、確認書（Confirmation）、備忘錄（Memorandum）、訂單（Order）等等，但是一般都包含如下幾個部分：
