真空吸塵器非正常運行的泄漏電流測試內容提要：
1.0 Purpose / 目的
To evaluate if the sample under abnormal operation conditions can comply with the safety requirements about leakage current in UL1017
評估樣機在非正常運行狀況下的泄漏電流是否符合U L1017的泄漏電流要求.
2.0 Definition/概念:
2.1 Leakage current limits(泄漏電流限製):
Not more than 5.0 MIU for an ungrounded, 2-wire, portable sample;
對不接地的2線製便攜式器具,不超過5 MIU
Not more than 5.0 MIU for a grounded, 3-wire, portable sample
對接地3線製便攜式器具,不超過5 MIU.
2.2 Clear airflow ---The air through the filter into motor wanes.
幹淨進氣 --- 進氣經過Filter後, 再經過 motor風葉, 此類吸塵器為幹淨進氣.
2.3 Dirty airflow --- the air directly into motor vanes then through the filter.
髒的進氣 --- 進氣直接經過 motor風葉 (或者水經過馬達風葉)後再經過 Filter, 此類吸塵器為髒的進氣
2.4 Leakage current --- All currents measured between the (dead-metal parts)/(metal foil with an area of 10 by 20 cm in contact with the thermoplastic surfaces of the sample) and the grounded side of the supply source. See figure1&2.
