Use of term “instruction” is intended to guild auditors to assessing both formal instruction (formal training ) and ongoing, job-specific instructions. “教育”代替“培訓”，其包含的內容更廣泛，指正式的培訓和現場的指導。
Additionally, the instruction must be repeated in cases where accidents have occurred. 如有事故發生，教育必須有針對性地反複進行。
Company must also provide, at their expense, personnel protective equipment to personnel and first aid treatment. Additionally, company must provide first aid and help workers obtain follow-up medical treatment.
