6.1 Connotation of land price
Land price this report has appraised is on the appraisal criteria date Nov.30 2002, when development conditions had reached. These conditions are that the interior and exterior of land had completed pathway, pet-water, power on, communication, heating, air draft, and the interior of land leveling had finished. The use of land is for industry. Land price is the enjoyment right of nation-land with thirty durable years and proleptic income price.
6.2 land using conditions
The use of under-assessment land is for industry. The present state of land use is that the interior and exterior of land had completed pathway, pet-water, power on, communication, heating, air draft, and the interior of land leveling had finished.
