前言
XX主要通過ARIS這個BPR輔助分析軟件工具來進行企業業務流程重組工作,其主要流程如下:

通過ARIS對現有流程建模對於XXXX的意義
(1) 利用ARIS準確清晰的描述XXXX現有業務流程,作為XXXX日常管理、流程優化等等工作的基礎;
(2) 利用ARIS建模時整理XXXX現有各功能環節的人員、成本、處理時間等數據,這樣即使不作BPR,也可以為XXXX提供業務分析決策的依據;
(3) 利用ARIS為XXXX現業務流程建立模型,通過對這些模型進行仿真(Simulation)/分析(Analysis)/ABC評估分析,可以得出現模型的一係列評價數據,這些評價數據可以作為業務流程優化後的量化比較的參考,保證優化後的流程的切實優越性;
(4) 如果數據采集比較準確,通過ARIS仿真,可以準確了解XXXX現有業務流程的極限容量,可以指導XXXX何時進行BPR提供依據;
(5) 通過目標任務量ARIS仿真,可以全麵的、充分的、準確的了解目前業務流程存在各種(人員、成本、效率等)缺陷和瓶頸,為XXXX改善、調整業務流程提供依據
