平衡計分卡革命（PDF 23）

摘要：本文針對傳統業績評價的局限性，對平衡計分卡的基本思路、內容和格局以及在西方的應用現狀作了簡要的介紹。在此基礎上，論文對基於平衡計分卡的企業綜合業績管理作了詳盡的探討。首先，利用平衡計分卡將戰略管理、預算管理和18新利真人网 管理融合進一個完整的綜合業績管理循環中。然後，對企業整體平衡計分卡的設計思路作了具體的示範：針對現代企業運營的關鍵因素和價值流程，設置了顧客、核心經營、研究開發、18新利真人网 以及財務五個層麵的結果指標和動因指標，並例示了這些層麵和指標之間的因果關聯，最終構造出一個立體構架。
Abstract: On the basis of analysis on limitations of the traditional model of performance measurement, we briefly introduce the basic idea, content, structure and application situation of the Balanced Score Card. After that, we make a detailed inquiry into the application of the Balanced Score Card in the enterprises’ comprehensive performance management.
