狹義解釋為：Transaction 交易，指的是營利組織間的利益交換，例如公司銷售產
品給顧客，顧客付相當費用給公司。
廣義解釋為：Exchange交換，除了營利組織外，更包含了非營利組織間的交換，
例如學校與學校之間的合作。
美國行銷協會AMA為行銷的定義為：Marketing is the process of planning and
executing the conception，pricing，promotion，and distribution of ideas，goods，and
services to create exchanges that will satisfy individual and organizational objectives.
