咖啡廳早餐自助餐服務程序內容提要:
客人抵達餐廳/帶位
1. 客人到達餐廳後15秒內招呼客人。迎送員麵帶笑容,手持餐牌,鞠躬、親切、友善地問候客人:
“Good morning. Welcome to coffee shop. How many people are there in your party? / Table for one (two)?”
早上好,歡迎光臨,請問幾位呢?
1)應在客人抵達後1分鍾內安排客人就座。
2)為客人安排已擺設好的餐台,如台還沒有收拾好,告知客人待台收拾、擺設好後馬上入座。
“Would you mind waiting for a while? The table was occupied, and we’re
cleaning the table now, but I assure we’ll take you seat as soon as it’s cleaned.”
請稍等一會,那張台的客人剛離開,我們正在收拾,我保證,一旦收拾好,馬上讓您入座。
3)如餐廳已滿座,應請客人稍等:
“ I’m sorry. It’s full now. Would you like to wait a moment? We’ll arrange a table or you as soon as possible. Please have a seat here.
很抱歉,餐廳現在已經滿座,請稍等一會兒,如果有台,我們馬上為您安排。
